Patel
Amisha Amit Patel (born June 9, 1976, also spelled
Ameesha Patel) is a Bollywood actress and model from
Bangalore, India.
Personal life
Amisha Patel is the daughter of Amit and Asha Patel
and the sister of Ashmit Patel. for college; she graduated
from Tufts University, near Medford, Massachusetts.
After graduation, she worked for a financial company[1],
with modeling on the side. However, she eventually
joined Satyadev Dubey's theatre group and began acting
in plays. [2] In 2000, she appeared in her first movie,
Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai, as Sonia, opposite Hrithik
Roshan, (son of producer and director Rakesh Roshan.)
As of 2005, her relationship with her family is strained,
with Amisha accusing her parents of stealing money
from her. She is currently dating director Vikram
Bhatt
