The hay baler machine application
The hay baler machine/straw bundling machine is widely used in agriculture and animal husbandry. It can collect and bundle dry and green grass, straw, wheat stalk, corn stalk, wheat/ rice straw, grass, corn straw, pasture straw bale, etc. After baled by the machine, the bundle is very convenient for transportation, reserve and deep processing, and it matches with envelop machine to achieve the enveloping of ensile. Working principle of hay baler machine:
This hay baler machine is suitable for the tractor with more than 18-45 horse power. This machine is composed of the picking system, rolling pressing system, threading system and bale locating system which bales the soft culm and grasses (rice straw,wheat straw, grass etc) fully automatically. The finished density of the bale is 90 kg/m³.

The hay baler machine consists of main machine, pick-up part, compress rolls, automatic binding hay bales, hydraulic pressure ejection system, three point linkage etc. It can move and work with a 15-90 HP tractor by PTO shaft. Automatic operate: led rope, pick up wheat straw hood, bundle , cut twine automatically, can cut through the tank round the size of the adjustment, to come loose, not messy.
