APLLICATION
Use laser to mark logo or photo on electronic products, daily necessities, packaging, gift, craft, auto parts, digital products, communication goods, building materials, electrical appliances, kitchenware, jewelry, sanitary ware, medical apparatus,photovoltaic product, commodity, hardware, and so on.
PROCESS MATERIAL
All metal: stainless steel, copper, aluminum, gold, silver, titanium, alloy, etc.
Some non-metal: ABS, PVC, acrylic (non-transparent), ceramic, EP, HDPE, PC, plastic alloy, ink and paint face, etc.
* Alarm after marking completed: improve work efficiency when deeply engraving during long time.
* Real time inspection: Can monitor inner parts condition without open the machine, by laser working indicator, power condition indicator and galvanometer working indicator, real-time diagnosis to avoid accidents.
* With rotary control function: avoid the harm of suddenly current fluctuation to control board and laser source, to expand service life.
Deeply engraving demos show:
High-precision laser path, no matter how and what change parts inside or move location, it will not affect marking accuracy, no transformation even after year using.
Ball screw Z-axis with focus fixture and focus reader, lightly and easily focusing without focus off-set.
Support motorized focusing by pressing buttons on control box, without adding big weight or big size, keep biggest available working space without wasting.
Big marking scope by this small laser marking machine, user can choose marking scope of 100*100mm or 150*150mm or 200*200mm or 300*300mm !!!
Plastic and metal marking show:
Support surface peeling for leaking light, ring rotary marking, deeply engraving on key chain, circle marking on watch case and so on.
Built-in double LED lights for focusing, with inner red light for preview, more accurately find right location on material.
Avoid focus light off-set after long using, can change LED light from outside easily, trouble free of after service.
Galvanometer is with switch for off or on LED light to expand using life.
Support 3D dynamic automatically focusing, support 3D deeply engraving or 3D relief and hook face marking without handly adjust focus.

MULTI-FUNCTIONS
Support color marking, real photo marking on metal or plastic with high definition effect, can automatically QR generates and jumps coding, can rotary marking on cups, rings, cylinders…
CKD-PLMB can be used for gold or silver cutting also, you need a cutting fixture to avoid transformation during laser cutting with heat.

The smaller lens the bigger energy when the same power of laser, recommend 200*200mm when you need color marking on stainless steel.
