Machine Function:
R-Y series metal sanding machine is a kind of equipment processed by contact roller and brush disc. It is mainly used for surface treatment of flat plate in sheet metal industry, such as laser, plasma cutting, digital punching, reduction plate, mechanical processing and other equipment. After processing, the remaining burr, slag removal and drawing on the surface of flat plate are removed.
Machine Features:
•Through processing, one-time feeding to complete surface drawing, deburring, slag removal and other work;
•Wide belt contact roller is used for drawing workpiece surface;
•In the process of operation, the wide belt contact roller can switch from positive to negative according to the actual situation;
•Brush disc is used to remove slag, burr and smooth edge;
•Vacuum adsorption table, with a minimum processing of 100 * 100mm;
•Two groups of stations can be processed separately to meet various process requirements;
•The cleaning brush roller, used to remove the metal plate residues in the working process of the conveyor belt;
Low processing cost and energy consumption;
• convenient operation, touch screen operation panel, LED light source inside the equipment, easy to observe the workpiece processing.
