Please send me your time schedule before you come to our city,we will arrange to pick you up from the train station or airport.

(6)Can you deliver the moulds in time?
Yes.Delivery in time is the lifeblood of a factory,we will not allow any delay.We will show the delivery date on invoice and if there is any delay you can refuse the moulds and we will return the deposit back to you.

(7)How you will do if the mould have problem in our production?
1 The customer tell us the problem and provides videos or photos.
2 the salesman responds to the technical department in time.
3 provide solutions
(1) if it is the adjustment problem of plastic machine or the exhaust on the mold and other small problems, the technical department shall provide remote guidance until it is OK.
(2) if the mold spare parts are damaged in the production process, the customer shall provide photos or videos and inform the mold number, and we will arrange to send the mold parts and guide the installation.
(3) if the mold quality needs to be repaired, our factory provides two solutions:
A: Our factory will arrange engineers to repair in the customer's factory.
B: Or customer find a local place for repair and inform us the cost in advance. Our factory will pay the cost.
(4) if the mold quality problem cannot be solved through maintenance, our factory provides two solutions:
A: make a new mold for the customer in free of charge.
B: Return back full payment of this mould to our customers.

(9) How do i pay for the order?
(1)TT 40% advance payment,balance against copy of shipping documents.
(2)LC at sight.(30% advance payment,70% by LC at sight) or 100% LC at sight.
