Gantry

The gantry is constructed of tubular steel with reinforcing ribs welded throughout the length of the column which results in a steady firm beam assembly. This quality engineering and workmanship result in smooth precision cutting.

High Frequency Powerful spindle

The High quality Alpha ABS series CNC Router machine comes standard with 4.5kw high frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 18000 RPM, more powerful and less noise.

Base Frame

The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

Gantry Support (Uprights)

The Gantry uprights are cast iron with heavy duty gussets formed into the casting. Each support is machined for housing the various drive assemblies including motors, bearings, belts, and wiring harnesses.

Z Axis TBI Ball screw

Z axis is with TBI ball screw to ensure the machine with higher precision and longer service life.

Aluminum PVC T-slot table

Work table with "T" -slot for mechanical fastening
The working table of the machine is made of panels of special reinforced aluminum separated by grooves to accommodate the clamps. A frequent step in the placement of the grooves makes it possible to fasten the workpiece of almost any size and does not require additional manipulation. The surface of the table, in the processing area, is covered with a special protective layer of wear-resistant plastic. In the event of errors and passing the tool below the workpiece zero point, the protective layer keeps the tool and the table from damage.
